The Chakras are energy centers of light.

These Chakras make up the energy body of your physiology.

These Chakras range from the bottom of your spine up through the crown of your head.

There is a different color associated with each Chakra.

The color red is the Root Chakra at the base of the spine.

The next Chakra is orange; then follows yellow, and then green, the heart Chakra.

Next is blue, the Throat Chakra; then indigo, the Third Eye, and finally ultraviolet, the Crown Chakra.

This is the same spectrum of color as the rainbow, or as the light thrown off by a crystal glass.

Maharishi teaches that transcending the relative field in your Meditation practice develops the opening of the Crown Chakra.

He calls the Crown Chakra the fort.

Capture this fort with your Meditation practice.

With this fort as your base, capture all the other Chakras.

Open them all with your Meditation practice.

Most importantly, open the Heart Chakra.

There are also other ways to develop your Heart Chakra.

The experience of beautiful music, beautiful art and great literature opens the Heart Chakra.

The experience of loving others and the intensity of the feelings involved with loving others develop the opening of the Heart Chakra.

Joy, sorrow, the beauty of life, all these feelings open the Heart Chakra.

But the most efficient and effective way to open all your Chakras is with your Meditation practice:

The practice that transcends your mind , and leaves your Self by ItSelf to experience ItSelf, Pure Consciousness.

Meditate, transcend, be your Self.

Open all your Chakras.

Be that beautiful spectrum of color that you are.
